Hi, Russ, got this and your next email. A whole door would be easiest =
to deal with if you have one in good shape. Don=E2=80=99t care about =
the paint as I will strip it to bare metal, but the idea is to give the =
body guy something he doesn=E2=80=99t need to spend much time on - no =
rust and very minimal fill/smoothing work. =20
The other parts are intriguing - most of us collect parts for =E2=80=9Cwhe=
n we might need them=E2=80=9D, right? The car=E2=80=99s quarter panel =
was heavily altered with a steel flare back in the day, and most of the =
damage is to the flare, which intrudes well up the factory body panel. =
However, I might need one someday!
If you have a good LH door, would you be willing to drop it at a UPS =
store - I=E2=80=99ll pay for shipping, of course. What do you have in =
mind, price-wise, for the door, and for the other stuff (which I would =
pick up at another time).
What I=E2=80=99m really interested in that=E2=80=99s in your garages is =
that e-type . . .

I had someone spin into my car at Millville a few weekends ago and need =
a new driver=E2=80=99s side door. It=E2=80=99s an earlier one - not the =
later recessed door handle. My spare door has been hit before and has =
more putty on it than is worth dealing with. Does anyone have a clean, =
straight rust free door, and are you willing to take it to UPS for =
shipment? Or if it=E2=80=99s within a reasonable drive I=E2=80=99ll pick =
it up.

filling the handle opening and cutting in the old style one.
