I agree, this is not the right forum. I missed this story entirely, so I go=

I applied to move to PA and work for TRF back in the late 80=E2=80=99s, but C=
harles took 3 months to reply and offer me a job, and by then I had moved to=
another state and started a new job. (I never invested.) =E2=80=94Justi=
