Glen...
That Happened to me at the Glen, but not out on the track. I was down shifting
on that steep hill going into town with the race car on Friday night. I heard
a Big Bang, and a lot of clunking, but the car was still operating. I finished
the weekend. Back home up on the lift we found a 1? hole in the bell housing
adjacent to my right foot. Luckly, What ever shot through struck a body seam,
or surely it may have made its way into the cockpit. We noted several ears
missing from the clutch plate, but that old tractor finished the race weekend.
