in fact VIZARD recommends to go for clearances at the lowest end (while for
a race engine one would tend to go for the larger clearances), to ensure
timing precision

The same figures (pretty close) can be found in the factory TR2/3 workshop
manual, page B3 (or page 87 of the Bentley reprint).
