[Fot] Another note on valve springs - TR4

FYI to FoT,
Seems that Moss has some mis-marked valve springs bagged as TR4.  
While the inners I got may be correct, the outers are not. Maybe came  
from a 3 spring set. After talking with Ken in tech, I got the  
impression that their entire stock may be suspect. He assured me that  
they will get to the bottom of it.
