[FOT] Nomination - FOT Spitfire Day - August 24

On this day in 1963, Erwin ("Dutch") Lorincz  won the first SCCA GP national 
victory by a Spitfire. He won at  Watkins Glen at an average speed of 71.72 
miles per hour. It is therefore  appropriate  to nominate this day this day as 
FOT national Spitfire  day :). Does this motion have a second ?
