I don't think any carrier will (reasonably) insure for on-track activity. My
race car coverage is for paddock, transit, and storage only.

be used for auto-crossing, gymkhana, or even track days. they wanted a signed
affedavit stating as such. I guess they just want to insure guys that go
posing or wax their cars at the park.
