I'd put the "range" of road worthy cars from $7000 to
upwards of $20,000. In doing so, I put the $7000 on a
road worthy "driver" that is complete, everything works
or is reasily repaired and the car exhibits wear, but
not unreasonable blemishes, rust, etc.
At the $20,000 end you are into show car status.
The $7000 is achieveable if one is NOT in a hurry
to buy one.
