Actually it is about 7% (6.75 to be more exact). For someone that
does any amount of highway cruising, that drops the 70mph
rpms of a TR3 from about 3500 to about 3250 which isn't a
bad compromise given you get the result with no need for an
OD and the additional failure issues regarding ODs.
