Feedback about adhesive sticker and number removal. In my case, the
best option for removing the stickers has proven to be a hair dryer on low heat
followed by one of the mentioned solvents (3M, Napa) to remove residual
adhesive.
There is now one less race/rally car with 44 on it. As I removing the
stickers, I thought about the impact that Group 44 has had on road racing as
evidenced by the number of British racing cars with 4 or 44 on it. Great
tribute to that teams efforts over the years.
I am now in need for a recommendation of a cleaner for the paint. For
lack of a better description, there seems to be a layer of built up dirt on
the paint that does not come off with normal car soaps. Recommendation would be
appreciated.
Also looking for an easier way of cleaning the dirt and grime from the
floors and interior of a car as well as the bottom. If some one has an
alternative to a strong vaccum followed by soap and water let me know.
