I am going to be putting some webbers onto my spit for next years racing
(currently on SUs) but I would like to know if 45s are too big, and if it
is possible to get a good setup if the carbs are too large.

Kas, any comments on this piece? Suitability, history, weaknesses, driving
quirks?
Let me add that I have no interest in this part and have not yet received
mine. I'm just thinking that a lot of Spit racers would like to have a
look
at this.
