I suggest that you have a large flying insect for which Minnesota is very
famous replace the ferrari horse. A simple yellow flag with a black insect
hovering like an eagle ready to strike would be very cool. There are rumors
around Lake Wobegon (believed to be the spiritual home of the Peyote) of some
of those insects reaching several feet in wingspan. As you can imagine, any
horse, even a Ferrari one, see an insect of that size looking for a meal
would run out of panic.
