I'm guessing you're asking for a pedal extender of some sort, not a
complete linkage. The stock TR linkage has a fair bit of opportunity
for slop in it - but I have always solved that by keeping the bushings
renewed and replacing the British ball joints with Heim joints as
needed.
But the pedal is skinny. Many years ago, I doubled the width of the one
on my GT6+ (which looks like the same as on my 4A) by cutting a piece
of 3/16" steel (I think - same thickness as stock) that was about twice
as wide and the same length as the original pedal. I ran this through
a slip roll to match the curvature of the pedal, and drilled three holes
through it. Drilled holes in the original pedal to match, and tapped
for 1/4-28 (or so) Allen bolts. The extension bolts to the back, butted
against the piece of rod stock. Then with a file or belt sander, cut
down the ends of the bolts so they're flush.
I've been very pleased with this setup.
