Contrary to most stuck repairs, rubber does not do well with added heat.
A piece of dry ice, getting the rubber to stiffen up, then shattering it wo=
uld get things started at least.
Might be worth a try. If the rubber is real thick, it will act as a heat =
sink, only the surface will get cold, and this method won't work.
