Amen to THAT!
I might just add one thing though, lots of practice.
I have done a lot of spray painting over the years and probably still
will, but with the modern paints, it is not only too expensive to set up
the necessary booth and oven, it is also ILLEGAL in Oz to paint without
them.
So, essentially, I will be using all the required tools in Travis's
Paint Shop!
I too purchased a HVLP gun but I haven't used it yet.
Ah well, there are 3 more cars in the corral that I can practice on;-)
I just dropped in a box of fasteners and stuff to the Body Shop and
Scott has already welded my hand shaped sill panels on.
They fit a treat!
All that time I spent hand shaping them to the necessary compound curve
has paid off!
