Thanks to all who responded, it is in fact the Chevy 350 block off plate that will work. Perfect fit from Kragens. I got a itty bitty micro electric fuel pump 2-3.5psi and it works great. No pulsing and steady pressure. Think I'll get another as a spare for the glove compartment.
