[Roadsters] Non-op registration in WA state

Just got my registration renewal for the roadster, which is up on jackstands
for the forseeable future. I called a license office, but neither they nor
the DOL website mention anything about a non-operational registration.

Anyone know for sure if Washington State offers a non-op registration or
not? I'd like to pay less until the car is back on the road, if possible.
