Hi, sounds like a cooked alt, runs ok while cool, shorts when metal gets hot
and expands. Possibly a bad spark plug, poor seat or wire. Sounds electric,
betting on alt. Relocated mine to right side away from exhaust manifold and
changed to single wire alt, hot coil and pertronix ign.
