I was going to go that route, but Leigh Brooks told me after he did it that
he didn't feel the savings were enough to justify the extra work and
potential leak points. Leigh recommended I just buy the SS lines already
made up w/ the correct end fittings from a vendor.

However, considering my no mucho dinero status, I'll probably just replace
my old rotted/rotting rubber hoses w/ new rubber hoses.

Hey Pete,
 
I followed a long ago post from... Mark Sedlack(?) of part numbers from
Pegasus Racing catalog of Stainless steel brake line replacements for the
rubber flex lines.  The lines are not the correct end fitting, so you just
use an adaptor to convert.

They are still waiting in the box for my front suspension teardown, which
will include ball joints and comp springs.
