  "electrical caused ignition miss"

Hi Greg,
if you are convinced the miss is caused by an electrical fault,
try checking the engine bay at night.
Run the engine and when it misses see if you can detect any High Tension
flashes over the ignition wiring.
This includes, coil, leads, cap, you know the whole shooting match.
This test will only be helpful if there is a poor SECONDARY or HIGH TENSION
circuit.
You could also try connecting a timing light to each of the plug leads in
turn just to verify spark is OK.
