wheel sizes again

Looking through the archives for some wheel size threads and Victor 
Laury wrote a good gouge for 14"wheels saying (on late models with 
unrolled fenders, the maximum offsets would be
14x6 +6
14x6.5 =12
14x7 =18)
Maybe a dumb question, but would these numbers work for 15" rims and if 
not, what's a good guess?  How about back spacing?  What are you 15" 
wheel guys running?  I'm thinking tire size around 180 or 185/60/15.
