I have a '66 1600 that is pretty much complete under the hood except for the
windshield washer bottle. The bottle itself and the water hose to the manual
washer pump are in great shape; it's the cap to the washer bottle I need to
replace. The cap has been broken almost in two, and the hose just sort of
hangs in the battle via gravity. Does anyone know of a simple replacement I
could make for the cap? You know, a cap that would fit the bottle that I
could drill a hole into to hold the hose. I'd hate to have to buy a whole
new washer bottle assembly. Thanks for any help and Happy Thanksgiving!
