The car is a 510, and a later one, too, I think, what with the wiper motor
where it is. Strut suspension, battery tray, etc. The single reservoir
master is no big deal. I put one on my '73 510 to clear an air filter on SUs
or Webers. Yeah, I know it's not optimum brake system wise, but MotorSports
sells (sold?) it and a block to tie both the front and rear lines together.
The motor sure looks like a U-20 although I've not seen one shoehorned into
a Dime in my 35 plus years of playing with Datsuns. John, the hose you
mention comes off of the water pump. In the first picture you can see the
U-20 water neck on the passenger side of the motor.
Looks like the whole thing was left out in the weather, for a long time.
Crusty doesn't begin to describe it, IMO.
