starting her up again

I've had my roadster in a friend's shop getting all the rust removed 
and painted. It has taken over a year for them to finally finish, but 
it's been a year that the roadster has not started up.

When I go to pick up the car, what things should aware of to get her to 
start up, if that's a problem?
