65 ft-lbs. The value is actually in the factory (clymer) service manual,
page 128 "Sectional View of the Front Axle and Disc Brake". Shown as 8-9
kg-m, this converts to about 58 to 65 ft-lbs. I use the higher number but
either should be plenty for those wimpy 7/16" studs.
