 Hi Marc,
The bolts are High Tensile 7/16" x 20 UNF x 1 1/8" long with a 3/4" hex
head.
I think that size is still the standard today even in Metric cars.
The shoulder bolt is as above with a 9/16" diam. collar 7/16" long.
A small section of tubing would do the same job ;)

List,
Does anyone know the size of the bolts that connect the shoulder
harness to the mounting points on the rear wheel-wells? Or does anyone have
any to spare? Seems to me they were shoulder-bolts with large heads, but
it's been so looong......
