There's at least one decent ski resort in the middle of the desert, Taos,
NM.  And I think there may be more areas towards Colorado.  I hadn't noticed
it, but do now.  It does seem funny, like having a surf board in North
Dakota. LOL.

How often does one get to use the snowmobile in New Mexico?  (you can see it
