I agree, the GTO was one of the most beautiful cars of all time. I've had
the pleasure of seeing a real one a few times. I always thought the Ford
J-car was way cool, too, but I've never seen one "in the flesh." Too bad it
wasn't a particularly successful race car.
It's almost impossible for me to pick one "all-time greatest-looking car"
but the Ferrari 330/p4 has to be right up near the top of my list. Four were
built, three still exist.

You are a font of information, as always. Since the commodore is no
longer with us, I guess it's OK to fuss. I didn't know that the car was
like that from the factory. Yes, Dr. Kamm came up with some interesting
aerodynamic theories (that are still being used today). It may have been
much "cleaner" aerodynamically, but it wasn't near as pretty as the other
ones (like the SWB GTO).
