We are only 28 days away from the Nov 8th show date and we have a grand
total of 14 entrants!
Due to the underwhelming response, we are considering canceling the
show...ONCE AGAIN.
We put this show on for the Datsun enthusiasts to come together and
display their cars and see what everyone else has done and to just have
a nice time socializing. We do not put it on to make a profit or even
promote CDM and its products. The guy who does the T-shirts and
trophies is asking for his normal $600 deposit and we haven't even
collected that much to give him.
When we talk about the show everyone wants to have it and looks forward
to it and we even have people from OR & WA coming down.......but when it
comes to making the effort to to fill out an online form and send in a
$20 check it is a different story. If we do not have 100 paid entrants
by next Friday, the 19th, we will cancel the show and return the
checks of those 14 people who have been thoughful enough to pre-register.
