Passenger seat track/window

Sounds like the window guide that fits on the outside of the door is broken.
You need to take the door panel off and take the guide out and have it welded
or do it yourself. The track breaks from the constant vibration over years.
Other parts in the window mechanism may be off too. There is a small
horizontal guide that can come loose and cause the symtoms you are
describing.
