Can you say OUCH!!!! This is the thousand dollar question. The parts alone 
are going to set you back prohably 1,500 - 2,000, maybe more, if you need 
timing gears, chains, and guides. Then rings, bearings, gaskets, valves, new 
bolts, pistons, valve seals, valve springs,  and while the motor is out you 
should replace the clutch, throughout bearing, pressure plate and clutch.
