Aftermarket Exhaust

When I attached my aftermarket header to my engine (1966 SPL-311), I noticed
that the header touches the oil pan in one spot.  I was wondering if this has
happened to others or did I just get a bad header?  Can you please let me know
if you purchased an aftermarket header and let me know if it fit or had to be
modified?
