Just go to Advance Auto, or BAP-GEON,
or any resonably good autoparts store and
get some shoes for a Datsun 510
1968-1973. They work just fine.
They will have a few extra things on
them for attaching the different
emergancy brake setup and stuff,
but also work perfectly on a roadster.
Inexpensive, but you will have to
suck up the core charge, but buying
worn out shoes from a list member
and paying shipping would cost more.
Unless you really need the original
style shoes for a 100 point resto,
in which case by all means find some
original shoes and have them relined.
Nothing wrong with that approach either
if thats your goal.
