Thanks for the quick response everyone. It's been pointed out to me that for 
most, the dates I had picked, well....  suck. 

Let's try this again - SAT OCT 19th ?

If this were a club of 50+ members I'd say oh well, can't please everyone, 
but we're sorta small & everyone really does matter !
