Clutch Master Cyl

I found some murky fluid in the clutch master cylinder, so I bled the ssytem 
until it was clean. A month later the fluid is came back to the same murky, 
light green funk. Going into the passenger compartment I noticed there is a 
leak at the piston boot for the m/c rod. Is this the problem? Do I buy a 
repair kit or a new clutch m/c?
