Interesting that they had that attitude, I sent back a batch of lug nuts
that were incorrectly plated and they REQUIRED a return authorization
number to be on the outside ofthe package or they wouldn't accept the
package.

Some of their products are things that we really need, but it sounds like
we need to find another source!
