| Subject: | Rear Slave Cylinder Boot Question |

I am trying to install the rear slave cylinders in my 69 2000. The shims are no problem because I stacked them in the direction they came off and kept them correctly orientated for later reference. The problem is the rubber boot that goes behind the backing plate. How do I get it over the hand brake arm and then over the cylinder body itself. It did not want to stretch that far. If I put it on first I can't get the shims to go on. Tom 69 2000 Portland, Oregon /// datsun-roadsters@autox.team.net mailing list |
