Louvers and Roadster-S

The Fairlady-S had large openings in fender, just rear of the front wheels.
I don't know if they vented the engine compartment or the brakes. It seems
they would need a little extra cooling for that one-of-a-kind DOHC UY 6
cylinder though!

Does this car still exist? Is it tucked away in some Japanese museum? That
would be Mecca to a Roadster nut, The Ultimate Factory Roadster Prototype
