I've got 195/60/14, which will fit on your rims. The minimum
recommended rim width for all the 195/60/14 tires I looked at was 5.5".
You can also run 185/60/14 tires (narrower and shorter) or 198/65/14
(narrow but taller) or even 175/65/14 (narrow and short) and they all
look pretty good.

If you want to go wild, get the Falken Azenis in 195/60/14. There are
a few (very few) aggressive, directional tread 14" tires. Falken makes
a couple (one directional and one pseudo directional), also Goodyear
and a few others. Take a look at <http://www.discounttiredirect.com>
and <http://www.tirerack.com>. I like the directional tread patterns
but after pricing new tires I decided to have my '95 Akuret GTX 260AA
(by Ohtsu, now owned by Sumitomo) tires moved to my new rims.
