L20B Specs

Hate to bother you guys, but I was hoping to tune up my 69 510 wagon today 
that is equipped with an L20B with a Weber carb.  I figured someone on this 
list could tell me what the plug gap and timing should be.  It has been 
converted to electrnic ignition.  Any advice would be helpful.  Thanks.

P.S.  If you happen to know the plug gap, point gap, and timing for a 69 307 
V8 Chevy that would be great too !!  The C10 4x4 is also ready for tuning.
