RUST

Ive almost got a dent free body (new fenders, Thanks Robbie) with minor surfice 
rust here and there. I will be stripping each part of paint and rust.  What is 
the best primer to put on bare metal that will last 3 months before I have it 
all painted. (Stored inside)
Also since this is alot of metal to cover should I buy a sprayer? What kind?
