There was a piece on a couple of guys that converted a VW bus to run on
cooking oil. They headed out from, I beilieve, Boston, heading for L.A.
They made it, but had to rebuild the engine twice on the way. The oil
they were using was not cracked, just filtered and dumped in. I think the
piece was either on 60 minutes or 48 hours.
