Howdy!
This might start a firestorm but here goes. Having just spent a fortune
on new front brake cylinders I am contemplating the use of silicone
(D.O.T. 5) brake fluid. I'm told that it has a softer feel than regular
fluid. Are there any other drawbacks? Not attracting water and not
rotting paint sounds good but........
