You bleed the clutch hydraulics just like brakes.
Pump the pedal a couple of times, hold pressure on the pedal
then release the bleeder valve at the slave cylinder
that bolts to the right side of the bell housing, underneath the car.
Pretty simple really.  It helps to have a helper that know the
brake bleeding procedure.  Make sure the helper is pumping the
correct pedal.  Don't laugh.  It has happened before that the person
pumping the pedal pushes the wrong one.  Explain in detail which
pedal to pump and hold.  Really.  :-)
