Try Solo Performance in N. Hollywood, 13330 Sherman Way 818 780-0378.

They supposedly work on cars for Leno, and I took my leaky 2000 there for 
some minor work which they did not screw up.

They have an old 1600 parked up front, has been there for a while when last I 
visited.

For front end stuff I use Gary Haig, just down the block, but I think someone 
on the list was unhappy with him.
