Please Help! Parts car needs rescue....

There is a '69 2000 with a 1600 engine in it that has been sitting at my 
mechanics garage in Mountain View, CA for about a year now.  It is white, 
body and paint is in pretty decent shape.  Chrome is not bad at all.  
Interior is pretty bad.
