I do this almost every day.
Very small amounts like 10 dollars - send cash
Up to 1000 dollars - use a credit card
>From 100 dollars and up - certified bank check
>From 500 dollars and up - bank transfer
There's a price for every service and the reciever might have
to pay a small amount to cash a certified bank check or a
bank transfer. If your bank can't transfer money for you, use
another bank or get a Master Card or VISA.

Use another retail supplier if:
They dont take credit cards
(An American adult without a credit card don't exist)
They charge you local sales tax
They charge you xx dollars for "export documentation"
They only have to write a commercial invoice and the
shipping waybill to export the parts to you. Make a small
order first to see if you get what you pay for. I have
been playing this game for 20 years and there are still
bad one's that only try to screw you, while others are
deadhonest people you can trust.

Good luck with the shopping!
