K&N E-1958 is what you want. It is just a *hair* bigger than the stock 
filter, but is thick enough that it will seal up. You will end up with ~1/4" 
sticking out around all sides. I went through their catalogue and this is the 
closest they have. 
(It's what I've got on my 70 1600) I ordered mine from Summit racing - was 
about the same as what Pep Boys wanted - I think about $45 incl shipping.
