Steve you either have a bead leak, the valve stem is leaking or there is a 
puncture
in the tread somewhere or a cracked wheel.  Take the tire/wheel off the car and 
mix
up some water with dish washing soap in it.  Then pour the mixture over the 
tire on
one side to see if it bubbles where the leak is.  Put some on the valve stem and
then turn the tire over and try again on the other side.  Tiny bubbles will 
occur
where the leak is and will show you where to go from there.  If you have steel
wheels it is probably rust.  They need to by broken down and cleaned up.  If
aluminum or steel wheels you could have a crack too.
