Thought I'd get on the bandwagon with my favorite story.
1976 just picking up my RHD '69 Solex from the body shop.
Buddy with a 911 gave me a ride.
On the way back to his place I was half a car length behind, I mean right
on his ass.
When we got to his place he slid to a stop got out slammed the door and
said.
"that's it, I'm selling this piece of shit, it can't even beat a Datsun"
He dosn't have a sports car now and I still have the Datsun.
Sports cars are fun to beat up, but I really like troucing V8's
